A Complaint of Judicial Misconduct against Superior Court Judge Howard D. Hinson, Jr. (Yavapai County, Arizona). He falsified at least 10 affidavits, class 3 misdemeanors. I allege felony theft, false swearing, engaging in fraudulent schemes. But because he was a judge, no one will prosecute him criminally.
