27 Days and counting... More Insult!

You would think that if a judge had been found guilty of violating the Constitution, especially as many times as Judge Hinson did, that he would be forever disqualified from any judicial office after he was fired / quit. If nothing else, you would think there would be so much shameful stigma sticking to him that it would be impossible to ever work as a judge again. Who would hire him? But apparently that's not how the Judicial Branch thinks.

From a blog from nearby Sedona, Arizon, we read,
Apparently he [Judge Hinson] will also be able to function in other judicial capacities in the future, such as the county's Superior Court civil mediation program.
This is horrible! It's like firing Bill Clinton from headmaster position at a woman's college but allowing him to babysits your little girl.

If Judge Hinson couldn't keep the law when it came to our Constitution, what makes you think he can keep the "little" laws involved in mediation?

Attorneys, I don't know if there's a Rule 42(f) equivalent in mediation. If there is, I suggest you take it. Judge Hinson should not be allowed to ruin the life of your client.
