29 days and counting... Party Time?!

Did you miss me, dear reader? Sorry. I've missed writing this too. I've been (ahem) "distracted," fighting the powers that be in Prescott.

That's how you know you're doing good... when you get their attention. So my life has been a little like the TV show "Law & Order" lately. Lot's of twists and turns. But it's been fun in a spiritual way. God says in the Bible that it's commendable to suffer for doing good. So I don't mind.

And it's not over yet. There will probably be more heads rolling soon. One has rolled already in Prescott... if a scandal breaks, we'll find out how much it may have had to do with me. I'll start some related blogs soon and maybe write a book about this after it's over - "Prescott, Small Town politics." We can probably pull Gubernatorial candidate, our current Attorney General, Terry Goddard, into this later too, depending on what he does, or doesn't do, with Judge Hinson. (He hasn't done anything so far... and I had a unique opportunity to have a one-on-one with him about this.)

Anyway, the distractions are settling down for now and I hope to post once a day (Sundays excepted) until September 30, the day Judge Hinson finally leaves office as a Superior Court judge. For now I wanted to give all his victims and all those who care about Justice a heads up and time to plan. Let's have a big gathering in front of the courthouse on Wednesday, September 30! We should gather just before noon, when everyone goes to lunch. Bring signs. Tell your story. Or tell this story. (Bring copies of Exhibit 1.) Maybe we can get the national press there.

You see, unless criminal charges or impeachment charges are brought against Judge Hinson before he's out—and even then, it may not matter—its sick, but probable that Judge Hinson's friends in the Judiciary (judges, clerks, bailiffs - and attorneys, especially attorneys he favored from the bench) will have some kind of going away party for him that day.

While he should be leaving in shame and public disgrace, shunned by everyone—especially those involved in law—I expect there may be quite a turn out for him. For example, a former Yavapai County Superior Court Employee commented how much Yavapai county will miss the wayward Judge Hinson. Comments in that same article show his friends aren't going to be swayed by the facts. They still support him. (You can judge a man by the company he keeps. Will the local press will cover his going away party and name names?) And of course there are those heartless litigants who don't care if Judge Hinson broke the law as long as he broke it their way.

Those on the Left are going to be there, supporting him. So we on the Right should counter this perversion with a little "party" of our own, just like you all are doing at the townhall meetings with Obamacare. Maybe Governor Brewer will take the demonstration to heart and take the time to appoint someone honorable.

Pass it on. Wednesday, before noon, Courthouse Square, east entrance, Prescott, Arizona. Tell Judge Hinson's victims they're invited.
