Remember, the plan for all you victims of Judge Hinson (and any other concerned citizens) is to meet on Judge Hinson's last day, 3 weeks from today, Wednesday, September 30, on the east entrance of the Yavapai County Courthouse in Prescott. Plan to be there by noon. With signs.
I titled that post "Party Time." But to be clear, that was a reference to a presumed party that, perversely, Judge Hinson's friends will have for him on his last day. We're not there to party on that bittersweet day but to counter any "positive affirmation" his friends might offer him that day as he resigns for violating numerous laws and the rights of his litigants.
Likewise, we're not there to gloat. We're there to attempt to hold the Judiciary accountable. The Legislature isn't doing it. (No move to impeach Judge Hinson.) Law enforcement isn't doing it. (No move to arrest and charge Judge Hinson.) The Judiciary certainly isn't doing it. They let him slide for eight years.
Therefore, it falls to us to exercise our 1st Amendment right to free speech and to "petition" our government for redress of grievances.
While we still can.
Maybe we can get some National Press coverage. Maybe that will encourage Law Enforcement and the Legislature to act.
