Repeating for those reading this blog for the first time: Per a previous post, we're counting down the days til Judge Hinson's last day. I'm encouraging all of his victims (and anyone else interested in Justice) to gather, in Tea Party like fashion, on the east side of the Yavapai County Courthouse in two weeks, Wednesday, September 30 just before the lunch break at noon. That's Judge Hinson's last day in office.
Bring signs and banners, demanding Justice from the Judiciary. Continuing from my previous post, BRANDED, think what a different Judiciary we would have if Judge Hinson was marshaled out on that last day in front of the Courthouse and stripped of his robes in a public display, with the doors to the Court house solidly slamming closed behind him! Wow.
But instead, he gets a pension and a walk. Why aren't our Supreme Court Justices vexed that he perjured himself before them?
So we still have a lot of work to do... Judge Hinson broke the law. There should be criminal charges. He should be impeached. This blog has shown that nothing is going to happen without publicity.
So please come out and make your voice known. It's the American way. Hopefully we can get some national press coverage.
Do it while you still can, before Congress rules you can't call anyone a Liar, Hypocrite or Intellectually Dishonest anymore.
A Complaint of Judicial Misconduct against Superior Court Judge Howard D. Hinson, Jr. (Yavapai County, Arizona). He falsified at least 10 affidavits, class 3 misdemeanors. I allege felony theft, false swearing, engaging in fraudulent schemes. But because he was a judge, no one will prosecute him criminally.
